2. No Returns or Exchanges for Sale/Clearance Items
   All sale / clearance items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Kindly check all product details and size measurements before making a purchase.

3. Appealed Returns via TikTok Are Forfeited
   If a return is appealed and approved directly by TikTok, the item will be considered forfeited. No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be provided.

4. Final Sale Policy
   All TikTok orders are deemed as final sale due to platform limitations.
   No cancellations or modifications are supported once your order is placed.

5. Defective or Incorrect Item Received
   Please contact us at sales@shopcoastberry.com within 7 days of receiving your order. The issue will be assessed by our team on a case-by-case basis.

6. Swimwear & Bath Items Are Strictly Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable
   Due to hygiene concerns & to safeguard the well-being of every customer's child(ren), all swimwear & bath items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances. We strongly encourage you to refer to the product details and size measurement guide before making your purchase, as all sales of swimwear and bath items are final.

7. Returns Will Be Processed Strictly as Store Credits Only
   All approved returns will be refunded via store credits, valid for use only on our official website (www.shopcoastberry.com) within 6 months.
   Store credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
