• Item(s) are required to be in its original condition (as received) - with original packaging and logo tags intact. Items have to be unwashed, unworn, unscented and unaltered in any manner.
• Returns/exchanges are accepted for purchases of regular-priced items with gift-card credits, 1st order discounts, or membership discounts applied.
• [Bath Towels, Bath Robes & Blankets] - Please note that due to the nature of the products and for hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept any returns/exchange for this specific category of products.
• Exchanges/returns are strictly not applicable for sale and backorder item(s), orders made using partial or full store credits, or promotional codes

• All orders are processed & shipped within 1-2 working days upon notification of payment received and verification of payment
• Customers can expect to receive orders within the next 1-3 working days thereafter
• Local orders above $60 are entitled to complimentary standard courier delivery service
• Orders below $60 are subjected to a $3.90 (standard courier) delivery fee
